You can upgrade your pads, rotors, master cylinder, and fluid, but if you’re still running factory rubber brake hoses, you may be leaving performance on the table.
Factory rubber lines can expand under braking pressure. The harder you press the pedal, the more expansion can occur. This can contribute to a softer, less consistent pedal feel and reduce the immediate transfer of hydraulic pressure to the calipers.

Hand-Built in Our Shop
Each line is hand-built and swaged in our shop using extremely tight manufacturing tolerances.
Our lines are built to match the required dimensions, fittings, and mounting configuration of the factory brake hoses for a direct-fit installation.
Lifetime Warranty
Every Filigree Racing brake line kit is backed by our lifetime warranty.
If you ever experience an issue with one of our lines, simply contact us with photos and we’ll work with you to get a replacement sent out.
CNC-Machined Stainless Steel Fittings
Our fittings are manufactured from high-tensile-strength stainless steel.
Many lower-cost alternatives use zinc-coated carbon steel fittings that can eventually corrode as the protective coating deteriorates.
Seamless PTFE Inner Liner
Our brake hose uses a seamless PTFE inner liner, eliminating the longitudinal seam found in some lower-cost hose constructions.
High-Tensile Stainless Steel Braid
Each hose uses a high-tensile-strength stainless steel braid engineered to control hose expansion under pressure.
Not all stainless braided brake lines are created equal.
Protective PVC Outer Cover
The stainless braid is protected by a PVC outer coating applied during the hose manufacturing process.
This helps protect the braid from dirt, grime, moisture, road debris, and brake dust while also making the lines easier to keep clean.
A simple wipe-down is usually all that is required.
Road-Use Certification
Our brake lines are manufactured to meet applicable DOT requirements for road use in the United States.
For customers outside the United States, our lines are also produced to stringent international brake hose standards for road use in global markets.
Direct-Fit Design
All Filigree Racing brake line kits are intended to replace the factory flexible brake hoses while retaining the proper fittings, mounting locations, and routing for the listed application.
If you need a custom length, fitting configuration, or other modification, please contact us before ordering so we can make sure the kit is built correctly for your needs.
Factory Bracket Reuse
Factory brake hose mounting brackets are not included with this kit.
The original brackets from your vehicle are reused and transferred from the factory brake hoses onto the new stainless steel braided lines during installation.
The front brackets transfer directly.
The rear bracket may require minor bending to remove it from the original hose and transfer it onto the new line. Once installed, the bracket can be carefully bent back into its original shape.
This allows the new brake lines to retain the factory mounting locations and routing without requiring replacement brackets.

Please Note: Factory brake hose mounting brackets are not included. The original brackets are transferred from the factory brake hoses. Rear brackets may require minor bending during transfer and can be carefully formed back into position once installed.
